AMC contract not adhered

My name is GHANSHYAM BAGRA from Bhilwara in Rajasthan.

I own Eureka Forbes RO.

I signed AMC with eureka forbes in the month of march.

During AMC contract signing I was promised regular visits by their service executive,

But till date no body turned up and their local dealer at Bhilwara "Kapoor Services" is not paying any heed to my calls.

I am utterly frustated and going to consumer court for redressal.

I wish somone from Eureka Forbes take suitable action against their local service provider.
