I wank to draw your attention to the complete sense of apathy and disregard

towards customer service by so called esteemed co. Eureka Forbes I have an RO system and

i have registered a complaint on 12/3 for that. The complaint no. is

84497131. The complaint is still unattended inspite of numerous reminders (twice a day) and false promises by incompetent staff of the co.

Simply they just wanted money without providing any service

There is no system in the co. to escalate the problem to senior officials

As a customer i am feeling helpless and cheated. I strongly recommend not to buy the products of this lier co.

Such a pathetic and deplorable state of affairs
