Irresponsible-uncompleeted service in waaranty

I bought protec in march. Now in May, it failured. When i called, after 3 working days, an unskilled service man attended and handled machine rudely. He taken adapter with him for replacement. Spares are spreaded, uncovered - till now after 16 days they do not replied back.

I am following with them, simply telling 'no spare - adapter, you can complaint anywhere'. Worst service from chennai Ramapuram office. And complaing in the general no.39883333, they are taking complaint only - no actions. No responsible person to contact in Aquaguard. You are losing 2-3 sales enquiry by this.

I am using eureka forbes product at Madurai, trichy and chennai. Now in chennai only we face worst service. Now buying forbes product is waste of time/money. Aquaguard losing thier integrity.

I am going to write this in all leading consumers online review/survey forum.

So kindly take back machine back and refund us our money. OR I will suit in consumer forum.
