Sir,
we had insured our R.O system for 2 years in year 2009 from EUREKA FORBES ..Mr. Jambu dalawat insured ths system. Now according to the agreement, filters have to be changed by ths this year in june, but still its not completely changed but he din't completely changed our filters after one year completed. We called him severl times but he din responded satisfactrly.
