Hi,

I have a Aquaguard e-boiling compact model water purifier installed in my house. My customer ID is 1007054469. I had entered into a AMC contract with Yoash Services. I was supposed to get a free candle replacement in Nov- Dec.

It has not happened till now. I keep on hearing that the replacement candles are not forthcoming from Eureka Forbes to Yoash Services and therefore the servicing is held up.

Can I know when this problem is going to be resolved?
