NOT ATTNDING COMPLAINT

I have purchased Eureka Forbes waterfilter on 20/05. Even it is not completed 1 year but always thereis complaint. Recently again I havelodged a complainton1st February to our dealers i.e Eureka Forbes Ltd, Choladhara Rad, L.H.S.2ndby Lane Jorhat - 785001. Phone No.03762326456//2309351. But today i.e. 3rd February, it is 9 P.M. but till now they have not visited the house. I desire to lodge a complaintthrough Consumer forum. Please look into thematter.
