Faulty advice

On the advice of Eureka Forbes executive, I bought "Power" model aquaguard for a new "Piao" I set up in June. The machine could not purify water to meet the demand of water seekers. I disconnected it and gifted it away as the company refused to take it back.

I contacted the executive head of the company at Address: 17 A/41 WEA, 3rd Floor, Opp. Jessa Ram Hospital, Gurudwara Road, Karol Bagh, New Delhi. After more than half-a dozen appointments he did not turn up at the piao to see what kind of a water purifier should be installed. The piao provides cooled water by Voltas Cooler, which has 120 litre storage capacity.
