Scammed by filter change person

I have purchased a Aqua guard Reviva filter from Eureka Forbes. Since last week their sales person has been calling me so many times asking me to change filters since it has been a year since I purchased the filter. Finally he came today wiht an accomplice and said he is changing the filter. He showed me the new filter. and he supposedly changed it in less then 10 mins. He charged me Rs 3500 for the filter. He even gave me a receipt with a hologram. But for reason he striked the reciept number, which I did not understand. He said his name was Rajesh and his number is 9000113645. I tried to be nice and even tipped him.

As soon as the guy left, I emptied the tank, because it is new filter. After I emptied the tank water was not flowing into it. So I called back 9000113645. the guy who picked the phone says he does not know who Rajesh is. I called the Eureka forbes complaint line and they said they didnot send any agent. and they dont know who this guy "Rajesh" is. I am very disappointed why numbers were shared with this fake guy. How does he know that I need filter change if EurekaForbes did not share that information.

Finally someone came from EurekaForbes charged me again and fixed my problem. I am very disapointed with EurekaFOrbes customer service.
