Tornado Compacta - unable to get spares

Unable to get Dust collection bag (unit) for Tornado Compacta vacuum cleaner.

When I approached their Regional Office at Shanti Nagar, Hyderabad, they say

that this one is marketed by Forbes and they can not help me.

Not sure where to go now. I cannot throw this one and buy new one since the instrument

is used sparingly.
