Even after giving 3 complaints on the so called 24 hrr service help line and sending 2 online requests in 9 days eureka forbes still have not bothered to attend to the complaint, pathetic service and pure cheating since the water purifier "designa" was bought just 45 days ago, first the company sell inferior products, and later i see to it that it is not serviced on time... and the want us to live healthy live...
