BAD QUALITY OF MACHINE SUPPLIED

I have purchased a Water Purification system (Aquaguard Reviva) for Rs.9990/- on 20/08 from your Div. Sales Office, Bhagalpur. Since then very often I have to lodge complain about the performance of the system. It is not working properly from very begining.some times intake of water is jammed, sometime exhaust pipe is not working, the taste of water is like raw water.some times other electrical problem etc.presently I have booked complain on 12.03.2010 & till date nobody has turned around.

Since I am a SBI Official, & cannot spare time to followup everytime. I am a very old customer of eureka forbes, thus I want the faulty water purifier system to be replaced immediately, failing which I shall be compelled to lodge complain with consumer court and other media.
