This complaint (Complaint Number -82832496) was made on 28.04.2010 at your delhi service centre
for Servicing of my water Purifier AQUAFLO DX which was purchased on
25/10 vide bill number T-4/1416 from E-Zone, Paschim Vihar.
Inspite of my repeated telephone calls, no body from Eureka forbes
company ever turned me or tried to make a courtesy call regarding my
complaint.
Now I am buying mineral water from outside for my daily needs.
I have never seen such hopeless, callous attitude from a company who
are into essential comdities of human being like water puriifer.
I am fed up & feel shamed that I bought a third class product of a
company who only believes in selling their product & service is not
their concern.
Please forward this mail to the chairman/Managing Director of Eureka
Forbes urgently.
