Misbehavior from Executive

Hi,

Eureka forbes executive Kishor Kadam (M. 9689115474) had asked for appointment to show demo of Vaccum Cleaner on 25-mar. He was asked to come on weekend but he came home same day at 10:00 pm!! He did the demo and forced/tried to convince for buying the product. I asked him that I need time to think and will revert. Next day I got call from Eureka forbes and I told that for now I can't buy then.

On 27-mar, Kishor Kadam again called in morning and insisted to buy the product and was forcing me to explain why I am not buying it.

During conversation he started yelling at me and used abusing words!!

I have complained to his boss Farukh Patel but not sure there would be any action again this.

It is shocking that Eurka forbes is training their executives do go to such an extent!!

And there is no provision on Eurka forbes website for complaints like this.

I feel bad that I have ordered Eurka Forbes Water Purifier few days back.
