Very poor service

I have purchased RO Reviva water pruifier from Eureka forbes a year and half back. The filters are getting wasted in 8 months and there is no warranty for filters. we have taken AMC for two years just 3-4 months back. During the time they have come and changed the filter. Within 3 months of changing the filter, there is again a problem of low water in flow. we have logged a complaint. Some service engineer came and the problem is not resolved. We logged another complaint by last week and there is no person attended so far. I have talked to their manager (Vasanth) in chennai. Their service is very bad.

When I talk to the manager, he said that need to clean the filter and can add one more filter in front of the system so that it will filter the sediments. The service engineer would have suggested this option some time back.

Service engineers are not user friendly and soft. Very very poor service. So, please think twice before purchasing the product. Now similar products are available from other vendors also.
