RO installation messed up

Sir

We ordered an Eureka forbes RO purifier which was delivered after several reminder calls. Finally when the mechanic / plumber who came to install the purifier he did not check the valve opening / closing. He broke the water pipe and the nearby electrical sockets, resulting in spillage of water all over the place. Our microwave, just adjacent to the valve has been filled with water. The whole kitchen area, the living area has turned into a swimming pool. The water seaping into the cupboard area and messing up the entire house.

I would request you to take immediate action, ironically this happend on the national consumer day, 23rd oct.
