Not filtering

From last 6 month i am facing problem in eurekaforbes RO Reviva from date of i bought. I found problem in not getting filtered water that i should get & also they visit my place more than seven times to my home place also the satisfactory feedback not given. I had contacted my dealers, Jaipur head office & Mumbai office.

Agent name: Dipin Pandya (Dhambola)

Jaipur Head office: Mr Tripathi

Executive of Eureka: Mr Subhash

Mumbai Head office: Mr Pravin

Agent took 10, 500 rupees for that product & dealer gave me 9, 990 rupees bill. I opposed & asked for money differences but they all ignore & not responded.

Please do needful as company replace that product or give money back.
