Eureka Forbes RO systeem
RO has defects under warranty not even service has been done in spite of repeated complaints

Purchased in March with one year warranty. there is lekage in the system, no service done water supply very slow. needs immediate servicing. In spite of repearted telephone calls to CCC, authorised service centre, lodging complaints at company's websiteand even at your site, there is no response. They give the assurance but do not send service engineer. perhaps they are waiting for the warranty to expire. can you help me
