Complaint not attended poor response

I have taken amc for eureka forbes ro plant. Filed a complaint on 17-5. As per quality policy they say they will attend within 24 hours. Evenafter 72 hours no response. I have called them more than 10 times. irresponsible customer care and irresponsible service people. Only at time of renewal of AMC they show interest. Good Proudct Bad Service and worst attitude can describe this product.
