Eureka Forbes Sensa Water purifier
Water Purifier not working

I have purchased Aquagard Sensa Water purifier from Euraka Forbes back on 2nd Oct. Since the day of installation the machine is giving me one or the other problem. The first time it stopped working the service personnal came to fix it was after a week. And since then the machine stops working every now and then and every time I call customer care they assure me that a service personal will be send soon within 48 hrs and not in a single ocassion (6 times) they have come in that time frame, its always 5 days.

I have given a written complaint on this and have visited the Pune Bund Gardern office twice and was assured that the machine will be replaced but till date nothing has progressed. I am really frustrated on the service that Eureka Forbes is giving in Pune, there is no one responsible here and no-one has any clue as in what to be done.

I have spent more than 17500/- Rs on the machine and still buying drinking water. I need either my money back or the machine to be replaced asap.
