Eureka Forbes : Water Purifier
Advance Taken: Product not delivered

Dear Sir,

On friday (15 July), i asked Eurekaforbes to give me a demo of water purifier product. The Eurekaforbes guys came to my house on 16th July and gave a demo and taken advance of 1000 INR from me. They promised me to deliver the Aquaguard RO Reviva on Sunday morning i.e. on 17th July. I have waited on sunday, they did not come. I called them on Sunday, they did not pick my calls. I raised a complaint with Eurekforbes Customer care on Monday morning i.e. 18th July about this. The complaint number is 85169877. They promised me to deliver Aquaguard by 18th July evening. I have still not received Aquaguard and the concerned Aquaguard representative is not taking my calls. His name is Srinivas and his number is 9980548193. Can you please help here? It has been pathetic experience with Eureka forbes.
