NON RESPONSIVE INSPITE OF AMC

Dear Sir

There is no response for the service request for the past 30 days inspite of AMC for 3 years, Invoice no. 15869059 dated 17-12 valid upto 16-12.

Given the above treatment i do not have any faith in the service commitment by the company, hence request you to help get my AMC money reimbursed as well as the machine cost, which will be useless to me without service back-up. It is also a fact that my family is put under severe risk of consuming unheathy water with a unserviced water purifier.

Kindly do the needfull.
