Technicians are not helpful

I purchesed Aquasure RO model in 2009 from mumbai, when I purchased it there were lots of butter polishing did by Executive, now i m in pune and there is one problem in RO -inlet lickage and loose lock, so i cant drink purify water, I complained it 3 times and technician came at my home, & diffrent technicians came and answer was same, that repairing take 2-3 days, if eureka forbes doesnt have good technicians then they dont have to wirte slogan "Your friend for life"
