Eureka forbes Water Purifier
Very Poor Service

I bought a water purifier and at the time of purchase I was told that it comes with free life time service. When there was some problem with the purifier after some 03 years of purchase, I contacted the helpline and then came the service representative with the if's and but's of the warranty term. He informed that the warranty for life time is not at the customer premise but I have to take the product at the service center. It is very astonishing that Eureka Forbes is direct company supplier and they do not have any Dealers, hence we even don't know the service center's. Any how I paid for the service and the fellow told me to take AMC of the product so that the company personal will come directly and attend the product regularly. After that nobody has turned up for the last one and a half year (my AMC is for 02years) and when I contacted the helpline they informed that they will send the service personals within 02 days. Still I am waiting even after reminding 02 times.
