Eureka forbes Water Purifier
Lack of service

Hi,

We bought the water purifier Auqaguard Total RO from Eureka Forbes in 2008. Since then we have been getting the annual contract every year. Our last contrast is till September. For the last one week the instrument has not been working. Despite several calls, no action has been taken. Every time we call, we are assured that the complaint will be solved the very day but no service person turns up. Our complaint number is 62178008.
