Eureka Forbes Water Purifier( Crystal)
A plastic box inside the machine cracks leading to leakage of water

I purchased a Eureka Forbes Water Purifier (Crystal) on 12.04.2011 vide challan no:3881, bill no: CASH/0244 dt:12.04.2011 fro PANCHAVATI COMPANY, Bhelupur, Varanasi. Since then the above plastic part connected to a tube and contains water has cracked twice leading to abnormal flow of water from behind the machine. the customer care people take atleast over a month to replace the part that too after vigorous chasing. i have again made a complaint on 12.09.2011 but to-day they say that the part is not available and will take atleat one month. Is it not shameful for such a large company to put defective machines in the market and their service centres taking it negligently. i hope urgent action will be taken.
