I am chandrasekar i bought Euroka Forbes water purifier last year july and this is the 3 rd time i am getting the problem in this purifier. But this this the executive is not responding to my call and i am calling him for almost 1 month but he not responding to my call and sometime he pick the call and inform me that he is in the meeting and he will revert me but he never respond to be. such a useless product and a service which i experience from this useless brand. They are concentrating only on the sales but not on the service its very difficult for these useless people to sell the 2nd product to a same customer.

The executive name is Mr. Murugan he only sold the product and he not responding to my calls now a days. Such a irresponsible person he is. His contact number is 9941167736 he is from guduvancheri near chennai office, even i registered the complaint on 21st May by 11 am but still the service people not turn back to us. Such a useless product and useless persons from the USELESS EUREKA FORBES
