Euro clean Service Request Not Addressed

Hello,

I have raised a service request for resolving the problem of Euro Clean machine last sunday (10th June). I was been infromed that I should get a response in 24 hours. Till 15th June there was no response. I again called the customer care once again on 15th June, I was been infromed that they will escalate this problem to next level and my machine problem will be addressed on the same day. No one turn out and when I call them today same response.

The product was been sold to us by saying that the service is free, but we are spending more money on phone calls and spending more time on follow up.

They are providing worst service hence recommend to not go for any product from Euro clean till they clean their service commitments.
