POOR SERVICE

Sir,

I have paid Rs.2700/- towards annual service contract for 3 years vide Contract Receipt No.16073954 dated 24/01. My Aquagaurd Water Purifier unit stopped working on 11/08, so I registered a complaint (No. 90 dated 11/08) with the Service Centre at Nagpur. It was attended, inspite of giving them regular reminders, after around 20 days. The unit was repaired but it again stopped working on 06/09. I, therefore, once again registered a fresh complaint on 06/09 (No. 65 dated 06/09), but since then it has become a kind of my regular duty to call them every morning but in vain.

Please help me out!
