I have purchased the Eurekha Forbes (booster model) on 09-03. At the time of purchase the executive Mr Srikanth promised to give a carry bag free but till now i have not received any thing. We had a bit of argument and he said "I will see that your product will not get any service" And no one attended the free servicing till now.
When i called the secunderabad branch there was no proper response. Surprisingly after completion of one year there was a call from an executive to get it serviced. When i asked about the free serivce they said one year is complete and i have to pay for the serivce for which i paid. The guy started following up to change the candels aswell... In march the guy again followed up to do a second service and change the inside candles. I paid him 850 Rs and had the servicing and candles changed.
Unfortunately the machine started giving problems. It was giving breaks while filtering the water but started working automatically. We had to go out of station for 2 months and could not complain about the problem... Now the machine is totally dead.
On 21-06 we made a complain and no one attended the problem till now. The engineer called me on 22nd evening and in the discussion he says that its common that machines get into problems. When i said i will escalate to higher authorities he said he does not care and i can complain to whom ever i can...
I am not satisfied with the way the engineers or the sales executives behaved with me... When they want to sell the products they follow up so many times and plead us to take the product. After the sale is complete they show the high tone of authority as if they are doing a free charity.
Eurekha forbes needs to train the staff on how to talk to the customers.
