AMC warranty card not returned

Hi..I am geetha

I purchased an aquagaurd water purifier in blore with 3yrs amc warranty. when i moved to chennai, i had purchased a vaccum cleaner through eureka forbes and the sales agent took the waterprufier amc card stating that he will get the addresses updated for the water purifier and the vaccum cleaner and return them both. its been an year that this has happened and i have still not recd the amc card.

recently i had contacted them for servicing my aquagaurd which needed the candles to be replaced.the person came home and checked and said tht he cant replace the candles since there is no AMC, though the AMC was still available. when i call the blore call center, they are able to update me on the AMC details but the chennai call center people cant do it. the service is very worst,

i advise not to buy these products since the service is really bad. i hope the sales guy will return my AMC card at least for my vaccum cleaner.
