NO SERVICE AFTER SALES

I have purchased an Eurofab Crown R.O water purifier, on 16.11.2009 from M/s Sriram Enterprisers,

Park Street, Berhampur -Orissa. As the machine was not functioning properly since the date of purchase

I used to complaint before company, on 06.07.2010.But no response from the company was come

out. However in the 2nd week of July the salesman replaced some parts and the machine

functioned till end of November. On 30.11.2010 again the machine could not function and the

salesman could not attended to my complaint till today, 17.12.2010. They are now demanding 2800/

for renewal and cost of parts to be replaced which is not justified.

But I want to inform you that the salesman has go on replacing the parts till 2nd week of July and

the guarantee period starts from that date only, as per product supplied by company is defect. It is also

observed that the salesman has replaced some non branded parts (other than eurofab), items like

motor without company sticker, bypassing filter line in circuit fitting, non branded cable wire etc.etc

THE COMPANY OFFICE ARE NOT RESPONDING TO ANY COMLAINT'S AS THEIR WARRANTY AGREEMENT IS TOTALLY FORGED.YOU HAVE TO PAY THOUSANDS OF RUPEES AFTER YOU BUY THE PRODUCT, IT'S OUTLOOK IS ATTRACTIVE BUT IT'S INTERNAL FUNCTIONING IS VERY WORTHLESS.THE COMPANY IS HAVING NO CONTROL OVER THE DEALER'S WHAT THEY SELL, AND SERVICE RENDERED, FOR EXAMPLE M/S SRIRAM ENTERPRISER'S, BERHAMPUR, ORISSA. FROM WHERE I PURCHASED THE WATER PURIFIER.
