No delivery and Installation of aquaguard

I am Kalyan Garud, I have booked the acquguard innova model last month on 17th Jan. From last ten days, i am calling euroka forbes customer care for delivery and installation and they are not doing it.

please help or assist me in filing consumer court case against them.
