SUB: Whirlpool washing machine-Complaint-Reg

REF: Service No D289 Dated ‘-nil-” & Service No E513 Dated 17-04

This has refferance to various discussions over phone no 9444963936 and 944406664 for past two months.

There is no proper reply from your side.

With reference to the above, your service person checked our washing machine.

We accepted the complaints and informed to rectify the same.

Details as follows

Our complaints

A) Water leakage in washing drum, even the tab is closed

B) Washing drum rotation when the switch is in dryer mode

except the above complaints our machine is run well

Your service person attended the problem on 17-04 and arrest the leakage i.e. solved first complaint (A) and not solved second one

After visit of your service person we have faced lot of new problems in the machine are as follows

1) Machine was not properly assembled after rectification of first problem

2) Wash and spin drum tab broken because of improper assembling

3) Water leakages found in other areas

4) Spin door damaged completely, not able to open/close properly

5) Spin is not working properly

6) Wash drum is rotating only one direction, not working in zigzag motion

After visit of your service person our machine has totally damaged

There is no proper reply from your side

Kindly arrange to rectify the same within 24 hrs or otherwise I will go for legally
