NOT WORKING

I havepurchased a washing machine model ExeElite. From the date of installation on 21stAuguest2003 and it is duly under AMC I find it very difficult to get technician from service centre. Everytime I have to route the complaint through their call centre and follow with local service centre. With frequent attempts I could manage to get the technician still they could not identify the defect and the machine is not usable.

There is no response to my complaint through e mail also.

Very very poor customer service. I am unable to get their higher officials' contact nos/E mail ID to proceed further.

Based on the current problem I am facing,

my suggestion is do not buy IFB products even though IFB machine model Executive we have an IFB washing machine. My current AMC number is 0023629 which is creating trouble in washing cloths properly.

My problem may kindly be attended in a urgent basis.

I UNDERSTOOD THAT THERE IS PROBLEM IN TIMER CIRCUIT
