Very LOW Battery BACK UP

Hi,

Requesting for exchange of the EXIDE Battery.

We had purchased the EXIDE Battery in 12th May

After some days we had problem with Exide Battery. The Battery works only for ONE Hour using a light and max one TV switched ON.

But when we purchased it was said that 5 to 6 hours battery would work with 1 Light and 1 TV switched ON at a time.

Till now they have serviced the battery 4 to 5 times but its of no improvement at all.

The 2 years WARRANTY period is ending on 12th May.(One week from now)

Hence we are requesting the EXIDE people to replace the BATTERY many times, but all in vain and their is no use.

We are therefore sincerely requesting if something can be done at the earliest as the WARRANTY period is ending soon.
