Exide inva tubular
No Backup

I have purchased an Exide Inva Tubular Battery no.005523 few months ago but after some time the backup of the battery reduced to zeero. I have complaint about this deffect to the dealer in Etawah and he took the battery from me in the month of Mar.2010 but he did not return my battery till dated 28.05. then I complaint him in written on 28.05.2010.Till now no action has been taken against my complaint neither I have recieved the battery. Kindly suggest me what to do?
