Hi, we bought a battery - 6EM21R (mfg code - 1A10) from the distributor:

TARUN METAL CO.

10552, Gali no.4, Motia Khan, Bagchi Alludin, pahar Gandj, New Delhi - 110055

We believe this distributor is misusing Exide's name illegitimately. The paperwork looks imitated. The battery was bought a year back (21/04/10) and didn't last even for a year. No regular services were provided. The guy (Tarun) is now trying to cheat us again. He wants us to pay Rs4500 and give the battery to him in exchange of a new one. It seems he sold us a used battery so that he could keep fooling us.

Please can this matter be escalated and investigated properly.

I hope to get a prompt and apt response.
