Defective product, no proper service

I have purchased a VOLTAS vertis premium 2 ton split air conditioner on 20/04.It was installed on 30/04. After one month the running sound of the A/c machine increased and the cooling was not sufficient. After making a complaint with the dealer M/s. Ganesh Raja Engineers coimbatore, I had to wait upto 16/07 for their attention. A mechanic attended the problem and said that there is a gas leakage and the same had been rectified. After about fifteen days tha A/c water started pouring inside the room. I had to wait for about three months to get the problem solved by the dealer. Eventhen the A/c machine is not working properly. Now the dealer wanted me to bring the machine to their site for rectification. Instead of attending my business, it becomes more importent for me to spend my whole time on this. Could you please tell me a permanent solution for this problem?
