Airtel/ Post paid Connection
Non-Activation of Mob. No.09903993967

I applied for Basephone & Mobile at Garia Outlet (KOLKATA) of Airtel. After long follow up & written complaint twice, my Basephone no.9903270713 got installed on 24.10. whereas the Mobile SIM No. 9903993967 is yet to be activated. Upon enquiry from customer care, I was informed that my address is not traceable. If this was the case, how the basephone got installed. I lodged written complaint on 26.10. which was acknowledged by SMS on my basephone with an assurance to revert back within 24 hours. Till 01.11. there is no response. Should I hope to get any reply.
