None receipt of my mobile

I have given my N-70 mobile at your customer care centre Pathanamthitta[Rolex Mobile House]on16/6, it has the Job Warranty as well, the complaint was about the display. I got a new N-70, on 27 of June, but it doesn't read the memory card, I sent the mobile that day itself, they sent it back to Delhi, but till now I haven't received my mobile, I don't have any mobile, now the date is 24th, please do take a prompt action and make sure the mobile well and good. I hope I will getmy mobile this week itself
