Non Delivery & Evasive Replies

Dear Sir / Madam,

We purchased a Marantz AV receiver & speakers last week & paid in full for the same vide receipt no 2006015086. We were assured delivery by Sat the 15th May.

In spite of repeated follow ups over the phone no one has taken ownership to address our concern which is non delivery of the product.

The people who answer the phone assure that it will be delivered by end of the day & keep us waiting. This is happening every day.

The store manager at Koramangala refuses to come on the phone & address our queries. The pain is waiting for the product, while we have made the full payment.

Moreover while on the phone i have overheard staff talking to other staff ridiculing me by saying that customer is very “Garam, Cool Karna Hai”.

There is no RESPONSE AT ALL on the toll free number which is 18004257722.

This kind of behavior is unacceptable & unfortunate to say that service rendered is pathetic.
