Few days back I went to buy a mobile phone in one of your ezone stores in Karol Bagh ;Delhi. At the store where mobile phones were displayed, I asked the salesman regarding the particular model LG KM335 . The salesman pointed me the at the direction where the dummy of the model was kept and walk away. There was nobody to attend me. I needed to know some specific feature of LG KM335 so I called another salesman who was standing at a near distance, but he was unmindful of the fact that I am calling him. So I went to him and asked about some specific feature, but he was totally ignorant about it and was very casual in his approach.
I left the store immediately for two reason:
1) Casual approach of the salesman.
2) their lack of knowledge about the product.
I would also like to point out that it was not that the store was crowded and salesman was finding it difficult to manage customers ; was morning hour around 1130 HRS and there were very few customers at the store.
