I have purchased LG LED TV worth 47, 000 Rs from E ZONE located at Shipra Mall Gaziabad on 20th October. They have offered me a Free Dinner Set worth Rs 3500. However they have delivered only TV set to me and the Dinner set is still pending. I have contacted them more than 20 times. every time they give excuses and promise to deliver the Dinner Set by Next day evening at my residance address. It is more than 13 days now and I am still waiting for the Supply. I would like to Logde a complaint against the E Zone for deficiency in Services.
