Poor Service

Hi,

Bangalore Indira Nagar E-zone

I have purchased Samsung LCD worth 33, 000 Rs from E ZONE located at Indira Nagar Bangalore on 06th March. They have committed me to delivery and installation will be done by next day. However they have delivered till now only. I have contacted them more than 20 times. Every time E-zone Manager " Moshin" and Service engineer "Vijay" they give excuses "Delivery team is on the way" and promise to deliver the same with in 30 min. It is more than 10 hours now and I am still waiting for the Supply. I would like to Logde a complaint against the E Zone for deficiency in Services.
