WATER LEAKAGE FROM INDOOR UNIT

I have lodged complain for water leakage from my indoor unit from my 1 ton split AC for 9th time now but there has not been any permanent solution till now. After every complain engineer visits and rectifies the problem saying minor issues such as alignment, dirt or blockage etc. but it hardly stays fixed for 15-20 days. After strict complains and talking to superiors they finally came to a conclusion of installation problem. The AC was re installed with assurance that it wont happen again but again it started within 10 days. After engineer visit he said there no problem in the installation now and he cant see any problem this time. So what does this mean?? the water will continue to drip like this and they cant do anything for fixing this..I at least seek an reply on this from the big bazaar group.
