I've placed an order for a Sony Ericsson K200i with Ezone on 28/7. Payment has also been done the same day and informed to the sales executive who took my order. However the payment was not updated in their records. After 7 days delivery time when I didn't receive my order I called the customer care and they informed me that the payment has not been received. I once again gave them the payment details. I even mailed them the bank payment slip. Till date I have not received my order.
