F8 Full touch screen phone
Not working

Dear Sir/Madam,

I purchased F8 full touch screen phone about month back. But now It is not working since I cant use the touch screen. I cant even receive the call since there is no receive bottong. I have to use touch screen. I cant receive the call by pressing answer tab. If I keep on touch that tab the line disconnects. I tried pen caliberation but still I cant use the set. Pls help me. There is no serial Number in that so I am sending EMI numbers. 352642044518069 and 352642044518077
