Cook Top Burner not working properly

I am Mohit Tandon and my contact number is 9873410512/9560002481, I live in New Delhi. I have baught the Faber 4 cook top burner in the month of Feb'11. Since then I am struggling with this burner. In last 9 months I have called the Faber tech for repair of the burner twice with heavy difficulty as it was very difficult to get them turned up. Now again the burner is in a bad situation and the utensils are getting black and destroyed. Now also the leakage started from the pipeline of gas beneath the burner. These days when the LPG is so costly I am wasting it like anything. I am highly dissatisfied with the services of Faber and want the replacement of my product.

After multiple follow ups with the company I have not received any positive response and due to which I am undergoing mental harasment
