FRAUD IN REPAIRS

Sir,

The wires of the chimney got burned, for which a complaint was made on 29/6. Mr. Asif from Adinath enterprises (Service centre of FABER HEATCRAFT) checked it and detected it as only replacing the wires of the operating button & the motors were OK. The next day he took the chimney to the SERVICE CENTRE, and got back the chimney in few hours, BUT WITH THE MOTORS REPLACED with the DAMAGED ONES.The chimney was not working after repairs. I personally went to the service centre where i was told to buy the MOTOR for 3000/- or exchange the chimney for 8500/- by the senior technician Mr. Manoj Tiwari.

Kindly look into the matter as early as possible else face legal consequences.
