I had bought FABER HEATKRAFT's electric chimney 2 years back and now due to blockade it has stopped fucntioning altogether. I called on their customer care number 18002093484 and filed a complaint on 15/06.they promised me to provide service within 48 hours. But nobody turned up. I waited till wednesday called them again. Their answer was same. I have called them 4 time but to no use. Complaint is in Sri Ramesh's name.ph no.09448480026
